Answer: The number is 10. The tallest tower is the 1 and the dark and hollow moon is the 0.

I love that book!!!! The answer is 10 o'clock!!!! The tallest tower is the 1 in 10. The dark and hollow moon is the 0 in 10. The tower and moon = 10.
